Fasilah (Educating Pediatric Inpatients in the Hospital)
Offering children new educational services that allow them to continue learning, develop their skills and avoid an interruption to their education — tied to one of the strategic priorities of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital Charity Foundation: expanding its service delivery models.
Target group:
Paediatric cancer, tumour and organ transplant patients whose stay extends beyond 10 days at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh and King Fahad National Centre for Children's Cancer.

SAR 360,000.
Project rationale:
- Ensuring that children with cancer who stay in hospital for long periods keep learning.
- Strengthening the emotional wellbeing of children with cancer, tumours and organ transplants so they respond better to treatment, by keeping them learning and by developing and building their life skills.
