Providing Shade Structures for the Patients’ Car Parks
Shading over the charitable housing car park shields patients and their cars from the sun — around 4,225 families a year.
The charitable housing set aside for children with cancer and their families — those who cannot afford accommodation of their own — has a large outdoor courtyard that can serve as a place for patients and their families to breathe, enjoy a cheerful family atmosphere and step away from the world of the hospital and treatment.
