Wareef Charity Holds the “Involve Me in the Decision” Patient Experience Event

The King Faisal Specialist Hospital Charity Foundation “Wareef Charity”, in cooperation with King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Jeddah, held a one-day event to measure the experience of patients and visitors at the hospital under the title “Involve me in the decision”, assessing their experience and how satisfied they were with the services they encounter during a hospital visit.

The event was opened by Dr. Nasser Mahdi, Executive Director of Clinical Affairs. Its core message was delivered by having visitors give their assessment and take part in the decision, answering questions tailored to each hospital department with the aim of improving and developing the services provided.

The event matters because it delivers one of “Wareef Charity's” objectives: supporting the provision of specialist medical care by expanding its healthcare service delivery models.
