The Water Provision Project Launches to Supply Drinking Water to Patients

To make things easier for visitors to King Faisal Specialist Hospital and ease their hardship, Wareef Charity took on the Water Provision project, which aims to provide free drinking water to visitors and patients. The first phase, providing 6 water coolers at several locations in King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh and King Fahad National Centre for Children's Cancer, as well as King Abdullah Centre for Tumours and Liver Diseases, is under way. To date, 55 cartons of water have been distributed and 2,695 bottles consumed since the project began.

That is not the project's only aim: Water Provision is the first of Wareef Charity's volunteering projects, with volunteering opportunities announced to serve patients and provide them with water — contributing to Wareef Charity's role in Saudi Vision 2030.
