Wareef Charity Measures the Patient Experience at the Specialist Hospital

Wareef Charity, in cooperation with the departments that deal directly with patients at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, organised an event to measure the patient experience at the hospital, assessing their experience across several departments such as social services, catering and cleaning, radiology services, appointment services and other services a patient encounters during a hospital visit.

The event centred on one core message — “Involve me in the decision” — delivered by having visitors rate each department separately through questions tailored to that department, so that the services it provides can be improved and patient satisfaction raised.

The event falls within Wareef Charity's priority of expanding its healthcare service delivery models, which delivers its objective of supporting the provision of specialist medical care.
